Sustainable employability

This topic asks the following questions: “How can we keep our employees healthy and motivated and give (more) control over their personal and business development? Daily life can be experienced as intensive for many people. That is why a healthy balance is more important than ever. Together with our employees, we are constantly looking for solutions to distribute this as well as possible. Issues such as general fitness, eagerness to learn and motivation are central to this.

Collaboration with SAMwerkt

Recently, we entered into a partnership with SAMwerkt in the context of these issues.
For example, together with SAMwerkt, we entered into a conversation with our employees through an interactive and educational workshop. During this workshop, various topics were discussed, ending with a FUN conclusion in the Race Simulator.

Self-development through a wide range of courses

At TeCo CDC we offer our employees the space to develop personally and professionally. For example, employees can follow more than 140 free courses on various topics such as Excel, the French language or improving their sleep. Learning how to conduct career interviews or coaching is also possible. We work together intensively on the self-development of our employees.
