TECO CDC goes for next level customer experience

Last year we carried out several implementations. This was also the case in week 18 of 2022. During this implementation, one improvement was central, namely that of the customer experience. We are happy to tell you more about this implementation in this news item.

Implementation of the dock scan process

With our WMS partner Witron and the intensive cooperation between our various departments and systems, we have implemented a dock scan process. This is applied to all customer orders that leave our distribution center. 
Implementing the dock scan process has the following benefits for TECO CDC:

• Improving efficiency through real-time monitoring of processes.
• Responding quickly and efficiently to changes in customer demand.
• Reducing delays and errors during the distribution process.
• Improve inventory management

Each order carefully checked for weight

In addition to introducing a dock scan process, other improvements have also been made. For example, we have also introduced a weight check on our automatic unpacking machines. This identifies the weight of the package and checks it for any deviations. This gives us the opportunity to check customer orders and correct them if necessary. In this way we continue to improve our processes for optimal service.
