Fully automated order picking.

Items are selected fully automatically from no less than 129,000 product locations. State-of-the-art technology forms the basis for this.

Dynamic Picking System (DPS).

With 48 dynamic picking workstations and 44,000 product locations, we can process thousands of items per hour. This advanced system, also called ‘pick-by-light’, enables us to guarantee a high degree of efficiency and quality in our services.

Order picking system (OPS).

The order picking system features 20 workstations and 85,000 product locations. This advanced technical system, also called ‘product-to-person’, makes it possible to efficiently process large quantities of (small) technical components. Regardless of the number of units the customer orders.

Manual order picking.

10% of the orders need special attention, for example because cables need to be cut to a customised length or exact quantities need to be weighed. This is labour-intensive but also varied work; every order is different and requires plenty of personal attention.

Multi-pallet picking system (HBW).

With the help of advanced cranes, the pallets with items are placed in one of the 29,000 locations. With the help of the WMS, the items are retrieved and delivered to the picking stations by the cranes. The products are then picked, packed, moved with internal transport vehicles and consolidated.

Inventory management.

We currently have more than 200,000 products in stock. This requires great care and a high degree of automation. The incoming goods are carefully inspected and booked in our inventory systems. Our advanced order pick systems immediately write off the ordered products so that we and our customers always have a current overview of the inventory. Of every product, at all times!

Fast delivery.

Time is precious. Our customers want their deliveries to be fast and accurate. The majority of our orders are delivered to our customers within 24 hours, both B2C and B2B.

Quality above all.

As much as our state-of-the-art technology helps us with the thousands of orders we process every day, it’s still our people who make the difference and ensure that we process and ship our orders accurately and according to the customer’s wishes. Our entire logistics process has a number of important quality checks that we have to perform and for which we are jointly responsible. We have several quality programmes in place to ensure that we can carry out all our specialties according to the highest quality standards.
