IS WAREHOUSE OPERATOR OUTBOUND THE JOB FOR YOU?

You work at Outbound; the last station in the logistic process. The customer orders pass through your hands last, before they go on transport. You are the person who ensures that the packages leave the door; on time and complete.

Your tasks are:

  • Preparing the order for shipment for our customers.
  • In some cases, pack the product in the correct packaging and then prepare it for shipment, OR
  • You pick from our fully automatic high-bay warehouse and ensure that the pack department can do its job efficiently and accurately.
  • Scanning boxes and ensuring that the right box reaches the right carrier.
  • You have an eye for customer satisfaction, by delivering the packages in optimal condition and complete content.
  • Sealing pallets.
  • You work based on targets (number of picks per hour and quality).
  • You are responsible for keeping your workplace, and the associated department, clean. As well as replenishing packaging materials.
  • You can be flexibly deployed in other departments.

What we ask of you:

  • MBO 2, working and/or thinking level
  • You know how to set priorities.
  • You are a driven person with a hands-on mentality, you have a proactive and no-nonsense attitude.
  • You can deal with the dynamics of the department.
  • You are accurate and have an eye for detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A certificate EPT/HT/Step is an advantage.
  • Good command of the Dutch or English language (reading and speaking). Our systems are (basic) English..
